IJF Administrator
IJF Administrator role manages accommodation and settings that can be used in the process of Hotel Accommodation Module.
Accommodation Manager
Access Accommodation manager with following steps:

-> IJF Administrator
-> Accommodation Manager
In the Accommodation Manager you will find tabs:
- Accommodation (where you manage all available hotels)
- Accommodation Types (where you manage hotel types)
- Group Types (where you manage available groups)
- Room Types (where you manage available room types)
- Board Basis (where you manage board basis types)
Accommodation
Accommodation module consists of 2 parts:
- Unconfirmed Accommodations
- Accommodation List
Unconfirmed Accommodations are added by Local Orginizers and needs to be confirmed before you can use it on competition. IJF Administrators can also:
- Edit unconfirmed accommodation (edit details of Accommodation)
- Reject unconfirmed accommodation (deletes the entry of Accommodation)
- Accept unconfirmed accommodation (adds hotel to available Accommodation List)
Create Accommodation
IJF Administrators:
Create Accommodation
-> insert data -> Accommodation List
Local Orginizer:
Create Accommodation
-> insert data -> Unconfirmed Accommodations
-> wait for admin approval -> Accommodation List
Accommodation Types
Here you can manage Accommodation Types (hotel, hostel, motel, villa, apartman, house, ...).
Accommodation Type is connected with Accommodation in Create Accommodation
Group Types
Here you can manage group types that will be assigned to Accommodation (Delegation A, Delegation B, VIP, Staff, IJF, ...).
Group Types are connected with Accommodation in the process of conneting Accommodation with Competition
Room Types
Here you can manage room types that will be assigned to Accommodation (Single, Double, Suite, ...)
Group Types are connected with Accommodation in the process of conneting Accommodation with Competition.
Board Basis
Here you can manage Board Basis that will be be assigned to Accommodation (Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, Full Board, All inclusive, ...)
Board Basis are connected with Accommodation in the process of conneting Accommodation with Competition.
Event Accommodation
Access Event Accommodation with following steps:

-> Event Accommodation
-> Choose Competition
Event Accommodation module allows you to:
- Select available Accommodation for each Competition
- Define Availability for each Accommodation
- Define Settings for each Accommodation
Event Accommodation
-> Add Accommodation
-> Define Accommodation availabilty
-> Add as many as you need -> Confirm Accommodation
-> Publish for Delegation Management
Add Accommodation to Competition
For each Competition you need to define all available hotels that will be available to select from for IJF and Team Managers.
To add Accommodation to competition follow next steps:
- Go to
Event Accommodation
tab and select the Competition you want to manage - Click
Add Accommodation
- Add Accommodation, Accommodation types, Room types, Visibility, Board Basis, Room Prices and Room Availabilities.
- Click
Save Accommodation
- Click
Edit Accommodation
and clickConfirm Accommodation
- When whole Competition Accommodation system is ready then click
Publish for Delegation Management
- Administrator Contact Email; Email of the local orginizer for that hotel. Notifications from changes will be sent to this email address.
- Accommodation; Select one of the Accommodations listed (you can select only accommodation available in that country)
- Group Types; Select Group Types that can be assigned to this Accommodation (can be more than 1)
- Room Types; Select Room Types that can be assigned to this Accommodation (can be more than 1)
- Visibility; Check, if you want to show Accommodation to Team Managers
- Board Basis for Room Types; Select Board Basis options for each Room Type
- Room Prices; Add cost for each room
- Room Type Availability; Add availabilty for each Room Type
Publish Accommodations
When all Accommodations are checked by IJF Admins and confirmed, you can Publish for Delegation Management
- After Publishing Accommodation, all Confirmed Accommodation will be shown to Team Managers
- After Publishing Accommodation, Accommodation can still be Added, Edited or Removed by IJF Administrator
- After Publishing Accommodation, Accommodation can still be Added by Local Orginizer (Edit or Remove are possible before Confirming by IJF Administrator)
