Merge Persons​

Access to Persons Merge

Admin.ijf.org -> IJF Administration -> Registry -> Persons -> Persons Merge

Persons merge allows to combine/merge 2 different persons into 1. Important points of persons merge are:

  • Only 2 persons can be merged
  • Person that you MERGE FROM will be DELETED
  • Person that you MERGE TO will OBTAIN all current data and get INSERTED new data that DOES NOT OVERLAP with current data
Persons Merge Steps
  1. Access Persons Merge page
  2. Select Person 1 (MERGED FROM)
  3. Select Person 2 (MERGED TO)
  4. Proceed to Merge persons
  5. Check if all data is correct
  6. Merge Persons

If you did everything correctly, only 1 person should be left on the list img
